Principles and methods of infrastructure project estimating and cost engineering to support budgeting, bid preparation and project control. Conceptual, parametric and systems estimating methods. Estimates of labor, equipment, and indirect costs. Quantity takeoffs, procurement, construction sequencing and scheduling. Project control methods to manage progress and costs.
